Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for driving leads, conversions, and ROI for in-house and client projects using strategic ad placements and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting for best results
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and CPC
- Set up A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling creatives
- Track conversion paths using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports for internal and client review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform algorithm changes
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
- Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns is desirable
- Prior agency experience is an added advantage
