Job Summary:

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations through system enhancements or automation. You will play a key role in helping the company scale efficiently by aligning technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business workflows and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
• Collaborate with departments to gather operational requirements and pain points
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation for as-is and to-be processes
• Recommend solutions, including process redesign, system upgrades, or automation
• Assist in implementing process improvements and measuring ROI
• Work with IT and development teams to define requirements for workflow tools and ERP systems
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques
• Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar diagramming tools
• Experience working with ERP/CRM or process automation platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to document technical and non-technical workflows clearly
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis or consulting
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies is a plus
• Experience in implementing or supporting ERP/CRM systems preferred
