Data-Driven Business Analyst

About the Role

Global Technosol is seeking a Data-Driven Business Analyst who thrives on numbers, trends, and translating complex data into actionable business insights. In this role, you’ll support marketing and product teams with valuable analysis to drive smarter decisions, optimize performance, and fuel innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and recommend solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into campaign performance, user behavior, and KPIs.
• Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Monitor data accuracy, ensure data integrity, and work with the tech team to resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Experience in Power BI (DAX queries, custom visualizations).
• Solid knowledge of SQL for querying databases and generating reports.
• Ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights and business implications.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other BI platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) or product KPIs is a bonus.
