Job Summary:
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-performing email campaigns that generate leads, improve customer retention, and support sales efforts. You’ll work closely with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure email strategies align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue
- Build and segment email lists for personalized targeting
- Create compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates
- Optimize email design and responsiveness for mobile and desktop
- Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor deliverability and maintain a clean sender reputation
- Integrate email strategies with SEO, social, and web campaigns
Required Skills:
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong writing and editing skills with a marketing tone
- Understanding of email automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance standards
- Knowledge of email analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Experience using HTML/CSS in email design is a plus
- Certification in email marketing or CRM tools is an advantage
