Job Summary:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist in collecting and analyzing business requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and development teams. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in the tech consulting space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements through meetings, emails, and research
- Help in preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and flowcharts
- Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams during the project lifecycle
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timelines, and reports for stakeholders
- Track project progress and update documentation as needed
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Internship or 0–1 year experience in business analysis or a similar role
- Ability to write clear, concise documentation and user stories
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
