Job Description:
Globose Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our growing development team. As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring that our web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on software tests and collaborating closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases
- Conduct manual testing of websites, mobile apps, and software products
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and errors
- Perform regression testing and re-testing of fixed issues
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve the product
- Ensure timely completion of testing tasks within project deadlines
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to QA best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
- Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and bug reports
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and cross-browser compatibility
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in QA or software testing
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Postman, or Appium is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
