Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager – Business Analysis, you will lead a team of business analysts, coordinate with project stakeholders, and define scalable, technology-aligned business solutions. Your role involves overseeing requirement gathering, functional specifications, stakeholder management, and translating complex business needs into clear project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts across multiple projects
- Collaborate with product owners, clients, and developers to define project scope
- Oversee the creation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and workflows
- Align business requirements with project goals and timelines
- Conduct market research and gap analysis to identify new opportunities
- Drive process improvements and standardization in business analysis practices
- Support presales, proposal development, and stakeholder presentations
- Ensure all documentation and communication align with Agile/SDLC processes
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills
- Expertise in writing user stories, process mapping, and business case development
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Figma
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in enterprise IT, SaaS platforms, or large-scale system integration projects
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Product Ownership is a plus
