UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Globose Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experience for our clients. You will design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, design principles, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers and product teams to bring your designs to life.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and ensure that our digital products not only look great but are also easy to use and accessible. Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for websites and apps
• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive design solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms
• Stay up-to-date with UI trends, techniques, and best practices

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles
• Ability to create responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for communicating with developers
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Strong visual design sense with attention to detail
• Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Familiarity with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Adobe Creative Suite
